What information does the sources registry provide?
Each registered source lists its status, trust classification, policy, freshness, attribution requirements, and the benchmark coverage it contributes. That lets you judge where evidence came from, how current it is, and under which terms it can be reused.
Are all sources treated as equally trustworthy?
No. Sources carry explicit trust and policy classifications, and the fail-closed policy excludes rows from adapters that are not verified as production-ready. Agreement across multiple independent evaluator families matters more than any single source's headline numbers.
Can I see how fresh a source's data is?
Yes. Freshness is published per source, and the data-quality and reconciliation views show recent source-run state. This makes it possible to check whether the evidence behind a ranking is current or aging before relying on it.
